Meet the Director
Cecilia is a Senior QHSE Advisor with extensive experience supporting organisations to achieve legal compliance, manage risk and strengthen their safety, quality and environmental performance. With a background spanning senior advisory roles, multi‑site responsibility and hands‑on operational support, she brings a practical, business‑focused approach to QHSE management.
Her expertise includes the development, implementation and continual improvement of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, as well as delivering audits, risk assessments, incident investigations and fire safety management. She has led QHSE reporting at senior level, chaired safety committees, and supported organisations in embedding strong governance and a proactive safety culture.
Cecilia is NEBOSH‑qualified, a Technical Member of IOSH, and trained in incident investigation, internal auditing, fire safety and waste legislation. She is experienced in delivering training, toolbox talks and on‑site support, ensuring that QHSE requirements are understood, practical and easy to apply.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, she works collaboratively with clients to design proportionate, effective systems that align with UK HSE expectations and support long‑term operational resilience.
